Exchange Fee Schedule

DELAYED AND SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGES:

$450: Relinquished Property Selling for Under $75,000:
Covers the entire exchange of one Relinquished Property for one Replacement Property. All interest earned on exchange proceeds during the exchange period is retained by the Exchangor. The fee for each additional Replacement Property is $200.


$600: Relinquished Property Selling for Over $75,000:
Covers the entire exchange of one Relinquished Property for one Replacement Property. All interest earned while held in escrow during the exchange period is retained by the Exchangor. The fee for each additional Replacement Property is $200.



WAREHOUSE AND IMPROVEMENT EXCHANGES:

$1950: Covers the entire exchange of one Relinquished Property for one Replacement Property. Any interest earned on exchange proceeds held in escrow during the exchange period is retained by Equity Exchange LLC. The fee for each additional Relinquished or Replacement Property is $200.



OPTION FOR BANK OR SECURITIES FIRM OF CHOICE:

Exchangor may elect to have funds held in his or her bank or securities firm of choice. There is a $35 additional fee for this option.
